These hand-crafted Piyao incense burners feature a pivoting head for easy placement of incense or dry sage for cleansing. Smoke gracefully escapes from the mouth and under the mane. Made of heavy-walled, sand-cast brass, each piece is meticulously hand-worked.

  • CARING FOR BRASS ORNAMENTS

    • Shiny Brass – To maintain the bright golden finish, gently wipe with a soft cloth. Use a non-abrasive brass polish occasionally for added shine. Avoid moisture and harsh chemicals.

    • Natural Verdigris – This finish develops a unique green patina that should not be polished. Simply dust with a dry cloth to preserve its natural aged character.

    • Fire-Induced Blackening – Clean with a soft dry cloth only. Do not use polish, as it may remove the deep, smoky tone created by the fire-finishing process.
