Our top priority is making sure that your shopping experience is a pleasant one. That's why we take great care in handling all of our merchandise at our Kam Tin factory showroom. You can rest assured that your purchases will be in good hands!

LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE AND CHARGES

We offer delivery through our own team as well as trusted third-party services like SF Express and GogoVan.
 

Third-party delivery fees vary depending on distance, size and weight of the items. We're happy to help you arrange the most suitable option.
 

OUR DELIVERY TEAM

For your convenience, we offer local delivery services for our in-store & online purchases. Here are the starting rates for delivery to different areas:

  • Hong Kong Island: Starting at HK$450*

  • Kowloon: Starting at HK$350*

  • New Territories: Starting at HK$350*

  • Sai Kung District - Clearwater Bay & Tseung Kwan O: Starting at HK$400*

  • Airport & Tung Chung: Starting at HK$400*

  • Discovery Bay: Starting at HK$600*

ADDITIONAL & OVERSIZE ITEM CHARGES 

For furniture and oversize-item delivery, our 2-person team will handle the job. Here are the starting rates based on the size of the item:

  • Size 1.6 meters: Starting at HK$1000*

 

Please note the following additional charges:

  • Walk up charge of HK$200 per level for the first 2 levels.

  • Walk up charge of HK$300 per level for the 3rd to 4th floor.

  • Additional charges for parking/loading zone fees/entry permit.

  • Additional charge depending on distance from the loading zone.

Please note that the actual delivery charge for your purchase may vary based on its size/weight and your location. For any inquiries regarding our delivery services, feel free to contact us. Delivery charges are based on elevator accessible floors and vehicle loading zone level, and the buyer assumes responsibility for any undeliverable items due to access. We highly recommend ensuring sufficient access for larger item deliveries to avoid any issues.
