The glazed brush pots are adopted a deep relief engraving design with writhing dragons in pursuit of the flaming pearl, all amidst clouds. 

China and Porcelain both terms describe the same product. "China" comes from its origin Changnan (Tang Dynasty 618 to 907) and nowadays Jingdezhen (Northern Song Dynasty 960-1127), and the word "Porcelain" comes from the Portuguese word Porcelana.
