These plates are decorated with flower sprays and right angles border which symbolizes unity and infinity.

China and Porcelain both terms describe the same product. "China" comes from its origin Changnan (Tang Dynasty 618 to 907) and nowadays Jingdezhen (Northern Song Dynasty 960-1127), and the word "Porcelain" comes from the Portuguese word Porcelana.
